Welcome to LoveISR website (the "Website") established by Buy to Support Ltd. A company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel ("We",
"Our" or "Us"), and designed to provide you with a gift box of Israeli products while supporting Israel, as detailed in section‎4 below )‎the "Service").

Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing and using our Website and/or our Service. These terms and conditions of use together with our Privacy Policy (together: the "Terms of Use"), constitute a legal agreement that governs your access and use of the Website and/or our Service.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, we shall be deemed the administrator of the Website and the Service, for all intents and purposes, and you shall hereinafter be referred to as "you".  

We reserve the right to update, revise or amend these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice at our sole discretion. Upon posting any updated, revised or amendment Terms of Use on the Website, they shall become immediately binding. Notwithstanding the above, as detailed in our Privacy Policy, if such amendment results in any change to the way we collect, process, use or store your Personal Data or may affect any of your rights, We will provide you with more information as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by sending a notice to your account, displaying a prominent notice within the Website, and if required by law ask for your consent.  If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, or are not authorized to use the Website or our Service, please immediately unregister your account, stop using our Service through your account and refrain from using our Website or our Service.

By accessing, registering and/or using our Website and/or our Service in any manner, you acknowledge, approve and confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, and you accept and agree without limitation or qualification to be bound by all of them.

  1. Website/Service Use Eligibility

Using our Website and/or our Service is only permissible if you are 18 years old or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein

  1. Registering as a User

For registering as one of our users, we will ask for your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping address, and credit card or PayPal details, which We or our online payment service provider will collect, process and store under the provisions of the Privacy Policy. By creating your account, you certify that the information you provide on the registration form is accurate and pertains only to you. You may change your username and/or password from time to time subject to certain conditions which may be required during such change You may not share your password with anyone, or transfer or give access to your account to anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you choose and are required to notify us on any unauthorized use of your account at: DPO@LoveISR.com.

We reserve the right to deactivate, cease, block or suspend your account and/or your ability to make use of our Service, temporarily or permanently, for any reason at our sole and absolute discretion.

Please note that We may, at our sole discretion, reject or deny your access to your account if We deem that such access is associated with fraudulent activity, competitive activity or for any other reason We may consider.

  1. Description of our Service

 By using Our Website, you can support Israel community by purchasing a "support Israel" subscription, renewable automatically every month, which entitles you to a monthly gift box, containing 5-8 various products made in Israel, such as food, cosmetics, toiletries, jewelry, home appliances and kitchenware, toys, gadgets and Judaica . The content of the gift boxes shall vary in each delivery, and you may not choose or know in advance which products shall be in each gift box. We will inform you whenever your monthly gift box is shipped and your account is charged for the monthly subscription.

Unregistering your Account and/or Cancelling a Gift Box: You may unregister your "support Israel" subscription up to 3 days prior to its monthly renewal date (the subscription is renewed automatically every month, according to your registration date), and you shall not be charged as of the month beginning on the renewal date. If you unregister before the latest gift box was delivered to your address and you were charged for such gift box, you will receive full refund for that month. If you unregister after the latest gift box was delivered to your address, you will be asked to send us back the unopened gift box (delivery fees shall be borne the sender), and once we receive the gift box - you will receive full refund. If you wish to cancel the monthly gift box, we shall not charge you any additional costs, and your monthly subscription shall automatically expire

Shipment: We estimate that shipping the gift boxes from Israel will take approximately three to four weeks. We will of course notify you whenever your monthly gift box has left Israel. We will not be responsible nor liable for any delay in shipment. 

  1. Ownership of Content

This Website and all of its content including but not limited to, all text and images, products, data, prices, advertisement, and any other information made available on this Website and all intellectual property rights evidenced by or embodied in and/or attached/connected/related thereto, and any part thereof, including without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secret, trade dress, logos, design, and other intellectual property rights (all together, "Content"), are owned and copyrighted by Us or other third parties with all rights reserved unless otherwise expressly noted, and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Us and/or such other third parties.

You acknowledge that except as expressly provided hereunder you are not conveyed any rights with respect to the Content contained herein. Your use of any Content, except as provided in these Terms of Use, without the written permission of the Content owner is strictly prohibited. Except as expressly authorized by Us, you agree not to reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, mirror, frame, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works of the Content, in whole or in part, by any means. You must not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notice, or other notice of ownership.

The information contained in the Website may not be modified in any way and copies of any material which includes copyright notices must remain in the same form and manner as on the original. We reserve the right to revoke such aforementioned authorizations at any time, and any such use shall be discontinued immediately upon notice. Any Content that is a trademark, logo, or service mark (registered or unregistered) (collectively referred to as "Trademarks") belong to Us or other third parties. The courts of competent jurisdiction located within Tel-Aviv Jaffa will have the exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms of Use and/or the Website and/or the Service, or in which these Terms of Use and/or the Website and/or the Service are a material fact.
